“The video above shows a small portion of the debate on funding Medicaid expansion. I cannot understand why my colleagues would disregard the votes of the people and do what they think is politically advantageous for their party. My vote to fund Medicaid expansion reflects the will of real people like you and I. Real Missourians. That is why I ran for office. I wanted to make sure that our voice is heard when the legislature considers critical issues like healthcare. Obviously, we have a lot of work to do. But, I will not give up. I will fight to the end. That is what you sent me here to do. I will not let you down. Thanks for your support.”
